Harry has worked with organizations for more than 20 years in improving profitability, quality, cycle time and how to uniquely respond to customers. His work includes organization design, diagnosis, training design, delivery, and group facilitation. He has also designed and guided the implementation of learning teams. His initiatives support expanding business literacy and competence within organizations, while maximizing the resources available internally and externally. Harry most recently was an adjunct faculty member for the Pepperdine University, MSOD (M.S. Organization Development) program, and Rutgers University Center for Management Development. He has designed and or delivered programs for groups ranging from senior/executive management to assembly-line workers.

Harry brings both internal and external experience as a consultant. He worked with Landmark Education and Lefkoe & Associates before establishing his own practice. He was also the Vice President and Director of Training and Organization development for NatWest Bank's community banking group. There he established NatWest University and an internal consulting group.

Harry is a graduate of University of Missouri, B.S. Education, and a graduate of Pepperdine University, M.S. Organization Development.
